Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Allied Services/Posts (Class-III, Non Gazetted) Exams - 2020 

Motive of Allied Exams: 

HPPSC Allied Exams are conducted by HPPSC (Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission) to select the employees to available the services like Inspector/Inspector (Audit) Cooperative Societies, Extension Officers, Election Kanungo etc.

Eligibility Criteria for HPPSC Allied Exams:

There are many criteria or conditions for the person must have to first full fill before applying this examination are as directed by HPPSC (Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission) is:

1) Applicants must be a native of India.
2) Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in any stream with the University recognised by UGC by incorporate act of government of India authority act 1958.
3) Those applicants  have a technical and professional qualifications which is equivalent to a professional or technical degree can also eligible for applying HPPSC Allied Exams.
4) Desirable educational qualification:
Applicants must have the knowledge about the language, customs and all the manners of the state of Himachal Pradesh.
For class-III post, the candidate must have 10th pass certificate and 10+2 from any school of Himachal Pradesh and the school must have recognised by HP Board or Any other Board such as CBSE Board.
5) Age limit: The candidate’s age should be between 18 years to 45 years. HPPSC also offers age relaxations for SC, OBC, PWD candidate and for Ex-Service Man.
6) For class-III posts, the candidate/applicants must have a Bachelor Degree from recognized University. Age limit: The candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 45 years.

Schedule for Prelims Exam and Mains Exam of HPPSC Allied Examinations:

HPPSC Allied Preliminary examination 2020

Duration of exam : Prelims - Examination is conducted for 3 hours.

Types of questions are to be asked: Multiple choice questions
Maximum marks for HP Allied Prelims : 200 marks
Total Numbers of questions: 200 questions
Marking evaluation: 
For correct answer +1 mark
For incorrect answer - 0.25 marks

HPPSC Allied 2020 Main examination
Duration of Exam: Each paper for mains -exam is also conducted for 3 hours.
Maximum marks: Paper Ist and Paper IInd is of 150 marks. Paper IIIrd is  numbers of 200 marks.


HPPSC Allied Services Syllabus 2020

Candidates applied for HPPSC Allied preliminary and main examination for their preparation:

For preliminary examination:
The question paper will have questions based on the given below topics:

History, social - economic development, the geography of Himachal Pradesh.
Current affairs – national and international importance, questions are  based on daily observation and experience in scientific aspects or criteria.
Modern  Indian History (from 1857 to onwards), Indian politics, Indian economy, disaster management,  Indian culture, geography of India,  environment and gender issues and teaching of Mohan Das Karmchand Gandhi (Mahatma Gandhi).

For main examination:
English (Traditional) – Paper is specially designed to test the candidate’s understanding of the Indian language.
Hindi (Traditional) – Questions will be based on the translation of a passage from English to Hindi, explanation of Hindi passage in prose and poetry, essay, idioms, correction and other topics related to composition and prepositions.
General knowledge – Topics are the same as that of topics of the preliminary examination and himachal general knowledge or on the basis of current affairs.

HPPSC  Allied Services 2020 Test Centres: 

Test centres at which test for HPPSC Allied Services 2020 will be conducted:
Shimla, Mandi, Kangra, Palampur, Dharamshala, Solan, Una, Nahan, Bilaspur, Kullu, Hamirpur, Chamba and Sundernagar.
