Candidates for the post of Perfusionist (post code -750) who have submitted application the Online Recruitment Application for the above mentioned post and have paid the fee applicable to their respective categories/ sub-categories are required to submit the following certificates/documents in the O/o the Commission by post or through email sssb-hp@nic.in on or before 10.06.2020 so that their eligibility for the post could be ascertained before taking up further selection proces. Documents/ Certificates received after 10.06.2020 will not be entered.
